Family SU, harcamalarını ve birikimlerini takip etmen için yapılmış kişisel bir finans uygulamasıdır. Bu sayfa, verilerinle ne yaptığımızı ve haklarının neler olduğunu sade bir dille anlatır.

Family SU is a personal finance app built to help you track your spending and savings. This page explains in plain language what we do with your data and what your rights are.
1. Kısaca
- Verilerini satmayız. Reklam göstermeyiz, reklam veya takip araçları kullanmayız.
- Banka hesabına ya da kartına bağlanmayız; para hareketi yapamayız. Family SU bir kayıt tutma ve planlama aracıdır.
- Veriler senindir: istediğin zaman dışa aktarabilir, düzenleyebilir veya hesabını tamamen silebilirsin.
1. In short
- We do not sell your data. We show no ads and use no advertising or tracking tools.
- We never connect to your bank account or cards and cannot move money. Family SU is a record-keeping and planning tool.
- Your data is yours: you can export it, edit it, or delete your account completely at any time.
2. Verilerinle ne yapıyoruz
Uygulamayı çalıştırmak için hesap bilgilerinle (e-posta adresin ve görünen adın) ve senin girdiğin finans kayıtlarınla (hesaplar, işlemler, bütçeler, hedefler, yatırımlar, borç ve alacaklar, notlar, fiş fotoğrafları) çalışırız. Bunları yalnızca sana hizmeti sunmak için işleriz.
Uygulamanın güvenli ve sağlıklı çalışması için ayrıca basit teknik kayıtlar tutarız (uygulama sürümü, platform, dil, saat dilimi ve rastgele bir kurulum numarası). Bunlar finansal bilgi içermez. Konum, rehber veya reklam kimliği istemeyiz.
Hukuki dayanaklarımız: hizmeti sunmak için aramızdaki sözleşme; isteğe bağlı özellikler için açık rızan (istediğin an geri çekebilirsin); güvenlik ve ürünü geliştirme için meşru menfaatimiz (KVKK ve GDPR).
2. What we do with your data
To run the app we work with your account details (your email address and display name) and the finance records you enter (accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, investments, debts and receivables, notes, receipt photos). We process them only to provide the service to you.
To keep the app secure and healthy we also keep simple technical records (app version, platform, language, time zone and a random installation number). These contain no financial information. We do not ask for your location, contacts or advertising ID.
Our legal bases: the contract between us to provide the service; your explicit consent for optional features (you can withdraw it any time); and our legitimate interest in security and improving the product (KVKK and GDPR).
3. Verilerini kimler görebilir
- Sen. "Özel" olarak işaretlediğin hesap ve kayıtlar ortak alanın diğer üyelerine görünmez. Bir aile/ortak alana davet ettiğin kişiler yalnızca "paylaşımlı" işaretlenen verileri görür.
- Bizim adımıza çalışan hizmet sağlayıcılar: Supabase (veritabanı, giriş ve dosya depolama; AB bölgesi), Netlify (web sayfalarının barındırılması) ve Resend (yalnızca aylık ekstreyi açarsan e-posta gönderimi).
- Fiyat servisleri: döviz kuru ve altın fiyatları için herkese açık fiyat servislerine istek göndeririz. Bu isteklerde hesap veya finans verilerin yer almaz; her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi IP adresin o servislere görünebilir.
3. Who can see your data
- You. Accounts and records you mark "private" are not visible to other members of a shared space. People you invite to a family/shared space only see data marked "shared".
- Service providers working on our behalf: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage; EU region), Netlify (hosting of web pages) and Resend (email delivery, only if you turn on the monthly statement).
- Price services: for exchange rates and gold prices we send requests to public price services. These requests contain no account or financial data; as with any internet request, your IP address may be visible to those services.
4. İsteğe bağlı özellikler
Aylık ekstre e-postası. Varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Profil → Aylık ekstre bölümünden açarsan her ayın 1 ile 5'i arasında bir önceki ayın ekstresi e-posta adresine gönderilir. E-posta; hesap adlarını, bakiyeleri ve işlemleri (satıcı, not, kategori, tutar) içerir. E-postayı bizim adımıza üçüncü taraf e-posta sağlayıcısı Resend iletir; içerik Resend'e aktarılır ve Resend gönderim kayıtlarını kendi saklama politikasına göre tutabilir. Aynı yerden istediğin an kapatabilirsin.
Fatura hatırlatmaları. Yaklaşan ödemeler için hatırlatmalar cihazında yerel bildirim olarak planlanır; bunun için bildirim izni isteriz. İzin vermezsen hatırlatma gösterilmez, uygulama çalışmaya devam eder. Bu hatırlatmalar için hiçbir veri cihazından çıkmaz.
4. Optional features
Monthly statement email. Off by default. If you turn it on under Profile → Monthly statement, between the 1st and 5th of each month the previous month's statement is sent to your email address. The email contains account names, balances and transactions (merchant, note, category, amount). The email is delivered on our behalf by the third-party email provider Resend; the content is transmitted to Resend, which may keep delivery logs under its own retention policy. You can turn it off any time in the same place.
Bill reminders. Reminders for upcoming payments are scheduled as local notifications on your device; we ask for notification permission. If you decline, no reminders are shown and the app keeps working. No data leaves your device for these reminders.
5. Toplu istatistikler
Ürünü geliştirmek için tüm kullanıcılar üzerinden isimsiz, toplu istatistikler üretebiliriz. Sonuçlar en az 20 kişilik gruplar üzerinden hesaplanır, tek tek işlemlerini veya bakiyelerini göstermez, adını ya da e-postanı içermez; reklam için kullanılmaz ve satılmaz. Bu hesaplamalar "özel" işaretlediğin kayıtları da kapsayabilir. Şu an bunun için uygulama içinde ayrı bir ayar yok; itiraz etmek için bize yazabilir veya hesabını silebilirsin.
5. Aggregate statistics
To improve the product we may produce anonymous, aggregate statistics across all users. Results are computed over groups of at least 20 people, never show your individual transactions or balances, contain no name or email, and are not used for advertising or sold. These calculations may also cover records you mark "private". There is currently no separate in-app setting for this; to object you can write to us or delete your account.
6. Saklama ve silme
Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan (Profil → Hesabımı sil) ya da uygulamayı açmadan Hesabımı Sil sayfasından silebilirsin. Bu, özel verilerini hemen kaldırır. Paylaşımlı bir alana eklediğin kayıtlar o alanın diğer üyeleri için, artık senin kimliğine bağlı olmadan, durmaya devam eder; böylece ailenin geçmişi kaybolmaz.
Basit teknik kayıtlar hesabın silinince hesabınla bağlantısı koparılarak kalır; silinmesini istersen bize yaz. Aylık ekstre aboneliğin hesabını sildiğinde ya da ortak alandan ayrıldığında silinir. Gönderilmiş ekstre e-postaları senin e-posta kutunda ve Resend'in kayıtlarında kalabilir. Yerel hatırlatmalar yalnızca cihazındadır.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete your account any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or, without opening the app, on the Delete my account page. This removes your private data right away. Records you added to a shared space continue to exist for the other members of that space, no longer tied to your identity, so a family's history is not lost.
Simple technical records remain, with their link to your account removed, after you delete it; write to us if you want them erased. Your monthly statement subscription is deleted when you delete your account or leave the shared space. Statement emails already sent may remain in your mailbox and in Resend's records. Local reminders exist only on your device.
7. Yurt dışına aktarım
Ana veritabanımız Supabase'in AB bölgesindedir. Netlify, Resend ve fiyat servislerinin verileri işlediği konumlar kendi altyapılarına bağlıdır; bu nedenle bilgilerin yaşadığın ülkenin dışına aktarılması söz konusu olabilir. Bu durumda aktarım, ilgili veri koruma mevzuatına uygun olarak yapılır.
7. International transfers
Our main database is in Supabase's EU region. The locations where Netlify, Resend and the price services process data depend on their own infrastructure, so information may be transferred outside your country of residence. In that case the transfer is made in line with the applicable data protection law.
8. Haklarının neler
KVKK (madde 11) ve GDPR uyarınca verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve erişim isteme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz etme, verilerini taşınabilir biçimde alma, rızanı geri çekme ve yetkili veri koruma otoritesine şikâyet etme (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu; AB'de yaşadığın ülkenin otoritesi) haklarına sahipsin.
Bunların çoğunu doğrudan uygulamadan kullanabilirsin: kayıtları düzenle veya sil, Profil → Veri yedekle / geri yükle bölümünden verilerini dışa aktar, Profil → Aylık ekstre'den e-postayı kapat, Profil → Hesabımı sil ile hesabını sil. Diğer talepler için aşağıdaki adrese yaz.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK (article 11) and the GDPR you have the right to know whether your data is processed and to request access, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, to withdraw consent, and to complain to the competent data protection authority (in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Board; in the EU, the authority of your country of residence).
You can exercise most of these directly in the app: edit or delete records, export your data under Profile → Backup / restore, turn off the email under Profile → Monthly statement, and delete your account under Profile → Delete my account. For anything else, write to the address below.
9. Güvenlik
Bağlantılar HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir. Veriler Supabase'in yönettiği altyapıda saklanır ve bekleme halinde şifreleme sağlayıcı tarafından yönetilir. Hiçbir sistem tamamen risksizdir diyemeyiz; şifreni kimseyle paylaşma ve uygulama kilidini kullan.
9. Security
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Data is stored on infrastructure managed by Supabase, and encryption at rest is managed by the provider. No system is completely risk-free; do not share your password and use the app lock.
10. Çocuklar
Family SU çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun hesap oluşturduğunu düşünüyorsan bize yaz, hesabı sileriz.
10. Children
Family SU is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
